Jaya2 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Jaya2 is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Jaya2 and its users. By accessing or using the platform, you automatically agree to these terms.

Jaya2 reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the platform along with the effective date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict between the two, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

The following requirements must be met to open an account with Jaya2:

• You must be at least 18 years old — account registration is not permitted for those under this age.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Individuals on the self-exclusion list are not permitted to register.
• Jaya2 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in certain games.

Jaya2 may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. If the information provided is found to be inaccurate, account verification may be revoked and funds may be withheld.

The following payment methods are available for deposits on Jaya2:

All deposits must be made in BDT. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Jaya2 reserves the right to suspend any transaction flagged as suspicious.

The following rules must be followed to withdraw your winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳ 1,00,000.

Jaya2 typically processes withdrawals within 24 hours. Additional verification may extend this timeframe. Jaya2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in emergency situations or where required by law.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions on Jaya2. Individual promotions may also carry their own additional terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 10–30x the bonus amount).
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Once expired, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games.
• Single Use: Each welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person.
• Prohibited Misuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or coordinating bets with family or friends, is strictly prohibited.

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting and gaming on Jaya2:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a live betting wager is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, your stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, Jaya2 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

In the event of any dispute, Jaya2's decision shall be considered final. Any complaints regarding game outcomes must be submitted to the support team within 48 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jaya2 platform:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent activity or the use of unauthorised software.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Hacking or launching malware attacks against the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.

Any involvement in the activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of all funds. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

Jaya2 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Failure to complete identity verification, or refusal to do so.
• In cases of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Upon receipt of a legal notice or directive from a regulatory authority.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any eligible balance will be returned, but bonus funds are non-refundable.

Jaya2 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We always prioritize the well-being and peace of mind of our players. With that in mind, the following tools are available to everyone:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit for each gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the platform.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.
